    Seat width at least hip width plus 2 inches, and a frame that fits your space.

Good to know before you order

Is shipping really free?

Yes – standard shipping by USPS is free on every order to all 50 US states and Washington DC, with no minimum spend. Orders are prepared in up to 5 business days, then take 15–21 business days in transit. Need it sooner? FedEx expedited is $59 (2–5 business days in transit).

How do I know an item will hold my weight?

Check the weight capacity in the product name, or e-mail us the product and we confirm it from the manufacturer's specification. Always choose a rating comfortably above the user's weight.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or with something missing, e-mail us within 7 days of delivery with an uncut unboxing video and we reship a new, complete item free of charge. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so please check the size and weight capacity before you order. See how claims work.
