Description
Two photographs on a plain white background show one wire bangle in a silver-tone finish. A nutcracker soldier charm hangs from a jump ring on one side of the band. Its hat is black, with a white many-petalled flower with a yellow center on the front, a curved white marking up one side, a small yellow mark at the top and a yellow band along the lower edge. The face is cream, with the eyebrows and eyes drawn as pale outlines, a yellow triangular nose, a cream moustache curling up at both ends and a yellow bar below it, and a black area on each side of the face. The coat is red, with a blue tab on each shoulder, a blue panel tapering down the chest, and six white oval buttons, three on each side of that panel, each with a small tan dot at the center. Each sleeve carries a blue band and a red band near the end, with a cream hand below it. A black belt with a yellow center bar crosses the waist, and below the belt sits a yellow chevron with a blue center. The two legs are black with thin white and blue outlines and end in two black feet, which stand on a base whose upper surface is colored yellow. Three round discs hang together from jump rings on the opposite side of the band. Nothing else appears in either photograph – no box, no packaging and no second item.
The band is round wire. Two wire ends meet the circle at two points, and at each of them the end is bent back into a loop that the other wire passes through. Between those two points the wire runs doubled; around the rest of the circle it is single. The product title calls the bangle adjustable, and no clasp and no hinge appears anywhere on the visible circle. The charm is not flat: the closer of the two photographs shows a domed silver-tone border running around the figure, and a base with visible depth whose front face is the same polished silver-tone as the wire, with the yellow coloring carried on the upper surface only. The charm's color areas sit inside silver-tone outlines, and the charm is the only part of the bracelet that carries color – the wire and the three discs are silver-tone throughout. In the wider of the two photographs the stamped faces of the discs are turned to the camera: one is stamped with a heart carrying a field of stars and a set of stripes, one carries a cursive script mark that is not legible at any magnification available from these files, and one carries stamped capitals of which ENERGY and TECHNOLOGY can be made out. No 925 stamp, no karat mark and no other hallmark is legible anywhere in either photograph. The photographs show the decorated face of the charm; nothing is stated here about its other side.
The nutcracker figure ties this to Christmas, and it suits someone who already wears charm bangles or who is looking for a Nutcracker gift. For care, keep it away from perfume, hairspray, lotion and water, and wipe it with a dry soft cloth. Do not use dip cleaners, abrasive polishes or ultrasonic cleaning on a colored decorative finish.
