Description
This Glitzs Jewels ring is a wide band with a concave center, so the profile dips through the middle and rises again at the rim. The dipped face carries a deep blue ion-plated finish, while one raised rim is left as bright steel-color metal, and that contrast between blue and plain steel is the whole of the design. There are no stones and no pattern worked into the face.
The metal is 316L stainless steel, marked 316L STEEL inside the shank. The blue is a plated surface finish rather than the natural color of the steel, and it covers the grooved center and the inner wall of the ring.
A steel band suits anyone who is hard on jewelry: someone who works with their hands, washes them constantly, or forgets to take rings off at night. Soap and water clean it. Skip abrasive polishes and harsh cleaners, which wear through a plated color, and store it away from harder pieces that could scratch the finish.
