Description
A MEGIR men's wristwatch with a tonneau (barrel) case in glossy black and an orange strap cut through with rectangular openings. The dial is open-worked, so the gear train shows through: silver-tone bridges and toothed wheels, with orange on two of the wheels and a pink-violet point in a gold-tone ring at the left.
An orange chapter ring carries short white index dashes and two printed words: MEGIR on the upper-right run and AUTOMATIC on the lower-left, that last word the only movement information the watch itself states. Large white Arabic numerals sit inboard on the black dial, with no 12 between the 11 and the 1, where the movement shows through instead. At least six round heads, each with a five-pointed star, ring the case front, and the ribbed black crown at three has an orange disc at its end. Case material, case size and water resistance are not stated by the manufacturer.
It suits someone who wants the working parts on show and a strong black-and-orange pairing rather than a plain dress dial. Treat it as a dry-wear watch and wipe the case and strap with a soft dry cloth.
