Description

The square case is the first thing you notice here, and the green dial inside it is the second. Those corners give the watch a different line from the round designs that fill most jewelry cases, and the mixed metal tones keep the shape from looking severe.

The case is stainless steel, and it runs into a bracelet of links rather than a strap. Quartz keeps the hands moving, with no winding needed. The dial is green, set against the multi-tone finish of the metal around it.

It works for a shopper who already owns a plain round watch and wants a second one with more shape to it. Link bracelets collect dust where the pins sit, so run a soft cloth along the band from time to time and check the clasp closes firmly.
