Description

The cross is the one piece of detail on an otherwise plain circle, so this pair is read at close range rather than from across a room. In silver the tone stays quiet enough to leave in every day.

The earrings are silver in color and carry no stones, so nothing competes with the two shapes. That leaves the outline of the hoop and the cross to do all of the work, and it keeps the pair from pulling focus away from a necklace worn with it.

This is a pair for someone who wears a symbol daily and would rather have it on the ear than on a chain. Keep the hoops in a pouch when they are off, and wipe them with a dry cloth after wearing, which slows the dulling that any silver finish picks up from air and skin.
