Description
Three pieces hang together at the front of this bracelet: a family tree cut from silver-tone metal with sculpted leaves along its branches, a small polished heart in rose gold-tone tucked at the base of the trunk, and a faceted purple crystal cut as a heart. The rest of the bracelet is a plain round rolo chain in the same bright silver tone.
The chain fastens with a toggle, a bar that drops through an open ring rather than a spring clasp. The purple heart is the only set stone; the leaves on the tree are shaped metal rather than pave. Apart from the single rose gold-tone heart, every part of the piece carries the same silver-tone finish.
It is a common gift for a mother or grandmother, and the purple stone reads as a birthstone-style accent. A toggle holds better when the bracelet is not loose, so check the fit before wearing it out. Keep it away from perfume and lotion, and dry it after contact with water.
