Jouelanity is an independent online retailer based in El Paso, Texas. We sell a curated range of mid-market watches and everyday fine and fashion jewelry to customers across the United States. We are a small team: we choose every piece ourselves, we write our own product descriptions and we answer our own support emails.
We would rather offer a short list of watches and jewelry we can stand behind than a catalog of thousands of items we have never handled. Every product on this site has been selected because it is well made, clearly specified and priced sensibly for what it is.
What we sell
- Watches – quartz, automatic and analog-digital watches from established manufacturers, chosen for reliable movements, good case finishing and honest pricing. Movement type, case material, strap type and dial color are stated on every watch listing. Case size, crystal type and water-resistance rating are stated wherever the manufacturer publishes them; where a listing does not show one, email us and we will ask our supplier before you order.
- Jewelry – earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings designed to be worn every day rather than kept for occasions. Metal, plating and stone details are stated wherever the manufacturer publishes them.

You want a watch or a piece of jewelry you will actually wear. You would like plain answers about what it is, who makes it, where it ships from and what it will cost to reach your door. You do not want to be hurried by countdown timers, fake stock counters or pop-ups. That is the customer we built this store for, and that is how we run it.
Where our products come from
Jouelanity is an independent retailer. We buy from wholesale suppliers we have worked with and checked, and we list only branded stock, and we show the manufacturer’s model or part number and the GTIN barcode wherever the maker publishes them. We are not an authorized dealer for any of the brands we carry, and we do not claim to be one. We are not owned by, affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands we sell. Brand names, logos and technical specifications remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are reproduced on this site with acknowledgement, solely to identify and describe the products. Each listing states the actual manufacturer, and carries the product’s model number and GTIN/UPC where the maker has issued them. Where no barcode has been issued for an item, the listing shows our own stock number instead and says so.
How your order reaches you
We think you should know exactly how an order travels before you place it.
- Orders are picked, checked and packed by our fulfillment partner at its warehouse at 10/F, Chung Shun Knitting Centre, 1–3 Wing Yip Street, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
- Handling takes 2-3 business days. Parcels then travel with FedEx, with a transit time of 5-7 business days, so most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of being placed.
- Shipping to any street address in the United States is free.
- A flat 10% import duties & taxes charge is added at checkout. Jouelanity is the importer of record, so FedEx collects nothing from you on delivery.

Quality control
- Every order is checked at the warehouse before it is dispatched. Our fulfillment partner inspects each item against the order before packing it: watches for case, crystal and strap condition and that the movement is running, jewelry for clasps, settings and finish. If something does not pass, we cancel and refund rather than ship it.
- What you see is what you receive. Photographs, dimensions and specifications describe the physical product that will be sent to you. If a manufacturer changes a specification, we change the listing.
- Counterfeit-free. We buy branded stock only from suppliers we have vetted, and we do not list replicas, “inspired by” pieces or unbranded goods passed off as branded. We do not sell replicas, counterfeits or “inspired by” copies of branded goods.
- If we get it wrong, we fix it. If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from its listing, our Return & Refund Policy gives you a free replacement or a full refund, and our 12-month warranty covers manufacturing defects after that.

Please note that Jouelanity trades online only. Our El Paso address is our registered business address and customer-service office, not a shop, showroom or collection point, and it cannot accept visitors or returned parcels; orders ship from our fulfillment partner’s warehouse at Chung Shun Knitting Centre, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong, and we will give you the correct return address when you open a return.
