The Fossil ES5349 is a women's three-hand watch with a black dial in a round case. The word Blue in the model name does not describe the dial. A gold-tone bezel with scalloped notches holds a black insert marked with a white triangle at the top, the numerals 05, 10, 15, 30 and 45, and white bars at the six other five-minute positions.
Twelve hour positions carry clear stones in gold-tone settings, eight round and faceted, four rectangular at 12, 3, 6 and 9; the stone type is not stated. Three gold-tone hands carry pale inlays, and a grooved crown sits at the 3. The dial is printed FOSSIL below 12, WATER RESISTANT above 100 M / 330 FT, and JAPAN and MOVT either side of 6; that rating is the manufacturer's marking, not our measurement.
