Description
This Stuhrling reads as a classic dress watch. A round case, a black face and a leather strap that softens with use give it a quiet profile, and it slips under a shirt cuff without catching on the fabric.
Inside is an automatic movement, wound by the motion of your arm rather than a battery. Left off the wrist for a day or two it will stop, and a few turns of the crown or a short walk starts it again. The strap is leather finished in black to match the dial.
It suits someone who likes the idea of a mechanical watch and wears it most days, which is what keeps an automatic running. Keep leather away from standing water, and let the strap air out overnight instead of shutting it in a closed box.
