Is shipping really free?
Yes – on every order to all 50 US states and Washington DC, with no minimum spend.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–10 business days. Oversized items that travel by freight take 7–14 business days.
How do I start a return?
E-mail support@jouelanity.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We reply with your return authorization and instructions.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments on a PCI DSS Level 1 certified platform, and we never see your full card number.
