Before you order

1. Check the weight capacity. Choose equipment rated comfortably above the user's weight. If the capacity is not shown here, e-mail us and we will confirm it from the manufacturer's specification.
2. Measure the space. Seat width, doorway width, tub or toilet height – measure before you buy, especially for bathroom and bedroom equipment.
3. Check the fit for the user. Seat height and depth, handle height and reach should suit the person who will use it every day.
4. Follow the maker's instructions. Assemble and adjust exactly as described in the manual that comes in the box, and inspect fittings regularly.

• Processing: 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on a business day start processing the same day.
• Transit: 3–7 business days by UPS, FedEx or USPS. Alaska and Hawaii: allow 3–5 extra business days.
• Large items (beds, lift chairs, some furniture) travel by freight carrier, curbside delivery, 7–14 business days. The carrier calls to book a delivery window.
• Tracking is e-mailed as soon as your order ships. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate boxes.

• 30 days to return from the day your order is delivered – unused, complete and in the original packaging.
• Start with an e-mail to support@jouelanity.com. We send your return authorization and instructions within 1 business day.
• Refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.
• Hygiene items (incontinence, skin care, used toileting or bathing equipment) can only be returned unopened and unused.
