Before you order
- Check the weight capacity. Choose equipment rated comfortably above the user's weight. If the capacity is not shown here, e-mail us and we will confirm it from the manufacturer's specification.
- Measure the space. Seat width, doorway width, tub or toilet height – measure before you buy, especially for bathroom and bedroom equipment.
- Check the fit for the user. Seat height and depth, handle height and reach should suit the person who will use it every day.
- Follow the maker's instructions. Assemble and adjust exactly as described in the manual that comes in the box, and inspect fittings regularly.
Read our sizing & weight-capacity guide, or e-mail us with any question before you order.
